About the event
Join us for a breathwork transformational breathwork journey that will help you connect back into your body and come home to yourself, while tapping into the power of collective energy and healing! If you are looking to better manage stress, reach a higher level of concious awareness, release trauma or process emotions, this class is for you! This 90 mintue expereince begins with learning about the power of the breath and intention setting. You will then be guided on a powerful journey by Rebecca's voice and music that will help you explore the depths of yourself and experience transformation. The final part of the journey will be meditation and relaxation. Time around the firepit will follow to allow some time for the group to process and integrate the experience, connect and share takeaways, and burn anything they are choosing to release.
