About

For more than 25 years, I’ve helped people and organizations grow, first as an HR leader and coach, and now as someone passionate about the deeper layers of human connection and transformation. My path has taken me from boardrooms of private equity-backed companies to moments of quiet reflection that changed how I see leadership, purpose, and what truly matters.

Like many people, my journey has not been linear. I have walked through seasons of deep uncertainty, personally and professionally, and those experiences reshaped how I lead and live. They taught me that growth does not come from pushing harder but from slowing down, listening deeper, and aligning who we are with what we do.

I have built cultures, led teams, and guided leaders through defining chapters in their careers. But what I am most proud of is helping people see themselves clearly, to rediscover their calm in the chaos, their purpose beneath the pressure, and their ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and courage.

Beyond titles and milestones, I am a husband, dad, lifelong learner, and cancer survivor. I love baseball, books, dogs and honest conversations that go below the surface. I have failed forward, been forgiven much, and learned that our greatest growth often comes from our hardest seasons.

Today, I work with leaders and couples who want to build something lasting: trust, alignment, and peace. Because leadership, like healing, starts from within.

Enneagram:  Type 3, The Achiever. Driven by purpose, energized by progress, and grounded by a desire to bring out the best in others, blending ambition with authenticity.

Favorite Books:  Stillness is the Key by Ryan Holiday. It started me on a journey toward inner peace, self-awareness, and calm. Meditations by Marcus Aurelius remains the north star that keeps life in perspective.

Favorite Movie:  Moneyball. I love the idea of playing the long game, finding value where others do not, and enjoying the process of small wins adding up over time. Life, like baseball, often comes down to continual small process improvements that compound into something meaningful.

Favorite Place:  Wrigley Field. Blue skies, green grass, and ivy that changes with the season. The rhythm of the park mirrors the rhythm of life, reminding me to stay present and appreciate each “season” as it comes.

Go-To Soundtrack:  Fleetwood Mac and The Eagles. Timeless.

Simple Joys:  Sunrise coffee and journaling. A walk with our pugs, Javier and Theo. Playing catch with our son, Brandon. A great conversation with Rebecca, and quiet moments that remind me what matters most.

Words I Live By:  "Amor Fati." Love your fate. Own every moment, even the hard ones, as fuel for growth, gratitude, and purpose.
